The Dyslexic Entrepreneur, Jamie Waller is interviewed by Talamo Thoughts.

New Podcast Episode by Talamo Thought and featuring The Dyslexic Entrepreneur, Jamie Waller.

I’m really excited to announce the latest episode of the Talamo Thoughts podcast! This is one of my favourite episodes ever, and editing it was painful as there was so much in there.

The conversation is with Jamie Waller, a hugely successful entrepreneur, philanthropist, and investor who has transformed his dyslexia into a powerful asset. Jamie shares his journey from being told at school that he wouldn’t amount to anything to becoming a multimillionaire, managing a global venture capital fund and numerous other organisations.

Most recently, Jamie has written a book called ‘The Dyslexic Edge’, which will be released in September (I have posted about it previously), where he challenges perceptions of dyslexia. Through this process, he interviewed a multitude of well-known people with dyslexia (including Richard Branson, Duncan Bannatyne, Theo Paphitis, Edward Keelan 😉 and many more) to understand what their condition gave them and whether or not it had an impact on their success.

Highlights from the ep âš¡
– Jamie’s inspiring journey from struggling in school to where he is today
– Challenging the notion of dyslexia as a disability and showcasing its unique advantages.
– The idea behind explorers vs exploiters.
– Insights garnered from speaking from his interviews
– The problems with the education system today
